Q: What’s your availability?

Q: Are the multi-share apartments mixed gender or separated?
A: No. We ensure that multi-share apartments are single gender only.

 

Q: What are my payment options?
A: Payments can be made by cash only.

 

Q: Are the rooms serviced?
A: You can ask for room cleaning services by using an intercom. Cleaning of bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom costs 5 yuan for each room.

 

Q: Could you tell me about the internet facilities?
A: Broadband internet connection is available in every bedroom.

 

Q: Do you offer catering services?
A: No. All apartments are fitted with modern design kitchens. However there are some local restaurants that happily offer catering close by.

 

Q: What does my rent include and exclude?
A: Your rent includes the following:
Telephone line rental
Internet connection
Security
Linen – we supply sheets, blanket, pillow and pillow case.

You will still need to pay for:
All utilities - gas, water and electricity
Telephone calls
Miscellaneous charges such as lock out fees, damage or when extra cleaning maybe required.

 

Q: What if I wanted to break my lease what happens?
A: You are able to break your lease if you wish but penalty fee do apply.

 

Q: Can you help me with the local area?
A: Our staff will be happy to help you with any information regarding the local area.

 

Q: How would I receive my mail / postage?
A: On arrival to Tohee we will provide you with a postage address - example
